Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great Marathon stay!
Well equiped, quiet, central location
9.3
This was a great stay and was perfect preparation and recovery from the London Marathon. We needed to have a good nights rest and then the ability to get to the race start easily too. This hotel was a perfect location for that.

In between Tower and London Bridge, historical.
Rather central, good restarurants and pubs around.New feel at the hotel.

Not quite a hotel. I booked in for a week, there was no automatic housemaid cleaning. Extra fees are required. The phone in the apartment needs to be registered for a line. The apartment was too warm and only one small window in the bed room can be opened. Other than that, a lovely place. I paid 15 pounds extra per night, for a bigger apartment. No twin bed rooms.

Too far out and in need of refurbishment
4.3
Not ideal I had to go to 3 different buildings dragging my suitcase in the dark
The studio was badly designed the kitchen was opposite the bed! Also the cupboards and floor were chipped
There was a lot of noise all night long so I won't be returning in a hurry

Great Location, clean though no fuzz.
Mini Apartment and Location.
8.3
My mom and I loved this hotel. Having the kitchen area was great for us who were on a budget. Also the location was great (about a 10-15 minute walk from two underground stations). Great price for central London, especially for us who wanted to do some major site seeing.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The washer dryer combo can be a bit testy I found placing it on the wash dry setting (11 or 13) when I was leaving in the morning and putting it on just dry for a few minutes after I got back worked well.

The apartments where perfectly acceptable, albeit nothing special. Good sized living room with rather small bathrooms. Fine for the single traveller. The location is pretty central - only a few minutes to London Bridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is easy to walk over iconic, historic Tower Bridge from the apartments and run by the river which is great.

We enjoy a lot our rest, we were very lucky because they gave us an apartment with a terrace and a wonderful view of the Shard building..!!! A little bit expensive but it was an apartment not an hotel.
It was magic.

Small, cramped, noisy and rather tired looking.
Convenient for Tower Bridge and Shad Thames, near good restaurants, near Borough Market.

The accommodation needs complete refurbishment, rooms are cramped and beds are uncomfortable, no a/c and with noise from railway about 50 metres away it was difficult to sleep. The lack of curtains meant that I was woken by the dawn at 4.30 am and the room was either too hot if the window is closed or too cold when it was open. All in all a very uncomfortable place to stay.
