Terrible location, miles from nearest underground station in weird hard-to-find location. Very austere reception and we had a feeling of being isolated. Room was too hot - we were there during a 3 day heatwave - and there was no way to cool it down, although we did have one pedestal fan.
Complicated microwave - hot plates would have been MUCH better. We also had NO microwave dishes, until I asked for some.
Cost of extra foldaway bed was outrageously expensive for a pathetically thin, inadequate mattress in a skinny wire foldaway bed.One good thing - the apartment had a washing machine.
Travel tip:
Find somewhere better to stay!

Very quiet area. This is an aparthotel but you have supermarkets at the door and it's very cosy and quiet area. There's a bus at the door that takes you to the city center. Also, tower bridge and london dungeon and tower of london are in walking distance.
The microwave didn't work and hot water was not enough for 2 people to shower...it had to be an express shower. They let us use the room right in front of ours to shower and heat our food though

Excellence bedroom, It's big and comfortable and delicious breakfast but the service in breakfast room is not that great. I have waited for long till someone took my order. The heating in the room is ok but too cold in the middle of the night. Bathroom is big and the water is excellent but the small is not that fresh.

駐車場が目の前にあり便利。地下鉄ロンドンブリッジ駅へも徒歩７、８分。ホテルと違い２ベッドルームアパートタイプは広々として、調理器具もそろっていたので長旅の途中、外食ばかりでなく家で食事ができて良かった。建物は新しく内装、設備ともすべてとてもきれいで気持ち良かったが、なぜかキッチンにねずみがいてゴミ袋を漁っていたのには驚いた。
