We had an incident problem which cause to change the travelling date, and when we informed the hotel to help us. Fortunately, they understood and were pleased to help and postpone our check-in date without any charge. We felt very thankful for their kindness.

Really good breakfast, basic room, staff not great

Room was fine, basic but clean. Very good breakfast. Easy to get to the airport but it is £4.50 each way. Would stay again even though staff were not friendly or helpful at all.

Room was decently nice and clean. we had a good night rest there. Nothing much to complain except for the breakfast which was a little disappointing but edible.
Hotel Feature Tip: Getting to the hotel is a problem if u want to walk (30mins) and have no Oyster card. Do not take Hoppa, it cost 4.50 one way. instead, take public bus service number 423, it's free to get to Bath road. I'm not too sure why but yea, it's free.

Terrible reception staffs

It was just one night transit stay but I found this hotel is really low level, less hospitality, less responsibility and less information. I asked the timetable of the airport hotel shuttle bus and explained I didn't have UK pond. The hotel staff said me that I could buy the ticket by credit card on the vending machine in the hotel. On the departure time, very early in the morning, I go to know that the ticket vending machine has been out of order! So I asked them to exchange my cash. No refrigerator, no space for opening the suitcase, no hospitality. It was very bad experience.

Convenient Location for early morning flights

i stayed at the hotel as i had to check in at 5 am. the room was clean and comfortable and contrary to some of the reviews i read, there is now free wifi in the rooms. there is also a convenient bus stop just outside the hotel going to terminal 5 (bus 423 ?).from there there are busses to t4 and t123. unfortunately, i was leaving too early to have the breakfast, but asked for a breakfast box which was pretty basic. overall, i would recommend it if you have a very early flight. there isn;t much to do around the area, so the free wifi internet in the room was very welcome.
