Location near shopping and Hyde Park. A long walk to the theater district This hotel was a bit of a surprise. Just off Oxford St. and a stones throw to Hyde Park, the hotel was clean and comfortable with excellent services. The standard room was spacious, the bed comfortable. I was there near the Christmas holidays so the lobby bar and restaurant was full of celebrants attending various holiday parties. It was loud and busy but quite festive. I enjoyed my stay and will book a room here again when I return to London.
Restaurant Tip : The French/Indian restaurant just up the street from the hotel is exceptional. Great food and ambiance and a very attentive staff. I will dine there often when I return to London.

clean & efficient.staff very polite & helpful
leaving luggage on last day was very helpful toilet rolls & tissue ran out on second day & not replaced the reception staff were very quick & efficient.the portering staff were also very good & took charge of our cases & deposited them in our rooms to save us carrying them.on our last day we were able to leave our luggage all day until we were ready to get a taxi to the station.the staff arranged this & carried our cases to the taxi.
the carvery was excellent value & quality

From Marble Arch monument proceed down Oxford Street. Take first left down Portman Street, then first left down Bryanston Street. The Thistle Marble Arch main hotel entrance is situated 10 yards on the left. NCP car parking is available nearby at an additional charge.
Rail :
From Victoria Railway Station (2 miles), take the bus to Oxford Street and Marble Arch. Thistle Marchle Arch's hotel entrance is situated on Bryanston Street, one road back from Oxford Street. Paddington and Marylebone Stations are also 2 miles away.
Air :
From Heathrow (18 miles), take the Heathrow Express train (every 15 minutes) to Paddington Station. A taxi ride from Paddington will take 10 minutes to get to the hotel. Alternatively, you can catch the Heathrow Airport Bus Service that stops on Oxford Street, opposite Thistle Marble Arch.
