Hotel is located few steps from Oxford Street.. Very convenient for shoppers. lack of available rooms
Slow service I've been a regular guest of Thistle Marble arch Hotel in London for more than 18 years. I've spent many nights in it .The location of this hotel is great. Very convenient to go for shopping at Oxford street and has easy access to all surrounding restaurants and food outlets.
The only problem that I'm facing all the time is the late check in.. Most of the times I have to wait for 2-3 hours to get my room..
Shopping Tip : I always have the great experience of shopping at Oxford street.

Location, Rooms, Customer Service Queue for breakfast far too long My husband an I had a lovely weekend break at this hotel, we arrived quite early on the saturday morning to check in and were asked if we would like to upgrade to a suite for an extra £50, we certainly did and it was well worth the money. Room was huge and even had it's on bar!
The location of the hotel is pefect for those wishing to shop and do some sight seeing. It's right next to Marble Arch tube station.
Will definately be staying here again on our next visit to london.
Shopping Tip : If you're looking for a good shopping experience, avoid the crowds down Oxford Street and head to Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush! Best shopping centre ever.

Great Hotel in excellent location Very big hotel and a long walk to your room from the lift. This Hotel is very big but very well run, It is in an excellent location in London, for shopping and the tube is in easy reach. The breakfast was beautiful. And the rooms were stunning bright and clean and freshly painted with plenty of room unlike most hotels in London. If you want to be in the action this is the hotel it is not in a quite area. but the rooms are quite, when you are wanting peace from busy London Town.

The Agoda deal meant that (when you look at similar hotel prices in London) this was a very good value for money deal.
Restaurant Tip : The in hotel pre-theatre Cavery meal was very good value for money - but don't go too early as at the beginning of the evening the food has been sitting out waiting for customers and isn't overly hot. Later on as they bring food out to replenish supplies and there are more customers it is more likely to be hot.

Can not book a taxi in advance. It was a very good hotel with good location. The hotel was located right behind the shopping center Mark and Spencer in Oxford Street. Could go all the oxford street without the need for a taxi. Was not so much at the hotel but the room was very bra.eneste drawback was that there was some way to go from the elevator to our room.

Be on the Ohford Street - the main shopping street in London. Bond Street and Old Bond Street with boutiques leading designers. no network adapters for Europe in the rooms - did not offer to retsipshine. Stayed at the hotel is not the first time. recommend for lovers of shopping. of ohford Street are large department stores, as well as a number of Bond Street - the leading fashion boutiques. if the noise bothered ohford street next to a huge Hyde Park with a magnificent nature. The hotel is very big and with lots of guests. For the center of London in terms of price and quality very attractive. of minuses - no channels in Russian on TV and it's time to! I do not think that you are in London will be much to watch TV))).
Travel tip : Heathrow airport is very convenient and easy to reach from the station PADINGTON (5 minutes by taxi from the hotel) every 15 minutes Heathrow Express -15 min drive. taxi it takes 40 -60 minutes from the mirrors in the center. also recommend to fly BA. Heathrow Terminal 5 opened in the year for BA exclusively worthy!

I stayed at the hotel Thistle Marble Arch Hotel is the third time, and I think that the price-performance ratio, the location of the hotel one of the best!! The hotel is very conveniently located, which is not small, it is important if you have a short business trip or travel, as well as to shopping and attractions to get around very quickly. very central, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet 'friendly staff better coordination in the reception When I checked in to the hotel, we had some difficulty to get the right room, there was some confussion about the room number it ended up that they gave us 2 rooms without us knowing. my wife and daughter that checked in after me was in one room without me knowing. I found it also anoying that the key to the room did not work several times and you have to go back to the reception to make it work, it's a pretty long walk and standing in line at the reception, having done that 3 times in 2 days makes you a bit angry.I also found the beds not so comfortable. Other than that I warmly recommend the hotel. it's clean and very central. The staff was polite and helpful.
