The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The concierge even helped us carry our bags to the train, since we were rather overloaded. We would definitely stay here again.
- Restaurant Tip : If you don't want to go to Chez Gerard (which is very good), there is a great restaurant/tapas bar called Goya close by in Eccleston Place - less than five minutes walk.
