Uncomfortable. Noisy hotel

Won't ever stay at this hotel again. .the cleaners woke me up everyday at 5.30 am with their shouting. Also the floors are so old you can hear every single person passing in front of your door.

This is a very good choice for an economy hotel in a great location for all of London's attractions. The rooms are fairly standard and typical of small hotels in the Bayswater area, somewhat basic and dated, but clean and warm with new TVs. Service is friendly and the breakfast seemed to be popular. Our room overlooked a traditional garden square, which was a nice extra. Wifi is not included in the price however and is charged extra.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Highly recommend going along Queensway, can stop off at the Art Cafe for a good English breakfast, and within 5-10 mins walk is Kensington Gardens. This adjoins Hyde Park and may not be as well-known, but is arguably the more beautiful park, especially in Summer when it is at its best. The park features Italian formal gardens and also the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial.

I am quite happy staying in this hotel. It is quite small but it is so lovely. The location is good since it is not too far from the station.
Restaurant Tip:
It is near the famous restaurant, four seasons.

Nice clean room
The hotel is not too close and not too far from the station, so if you have heavy bags, I do not recommend.

The room and staff are all nice. But I was there on the boxing day which the train station is closed. Also, after that day, the station had also been closed due to its service maintenance. Without this problem, this hotel and my experience there would be great!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff

the stay was excellent and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. i proposed to my girlfriend there and they were kind enough to help with the logistics.. they even gave us a complimentary breakfast the next morning!
