This serviced apt is slightly off the Manchester city shopping Centre. The room is decent and clean with a well equipped kitchenette. They provided coffee and tea bags including a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge! There is even a washing machine/dryer in the kitchenette too. However do note the hot water has limited capacity especially if you are traveling with with a few members. This is what it reads in the toilet walls - "In common with all hot water tanks, it has a limited capacity for hot water storage. When you have either run a bath or had a long shower, you may need to wait approx 30-40 minutes for the water to reheat."
This was our second stay in a period of ten days and during the second stay the water heater did not work. This proved to be inconvenient for us and we had to take a shower in another room and back to our previous room to sleep. The staff was helpful and apologetic but if you intend to stay please check out the water heater facilities.

isolated and small tiny reception area

the first impression when we approaching the hotel with taxi is the road leading to this hotel is very bad maintained with so many construction debris and hotel located away from main road. coupled with the small tiny reception, we were upset for the choice of booking. nevertheless, we feel so great later when we come out from the lift and can see si=uch a big space along corridor and most important is large hotel room and space.
Hotel Feature Tip:
do not judge this hotel from outside.
