Judith E. Solo travelers United Kingdom, January 29, 2013	Dreadful!! Checking out! 2 Dreadful hotel, tiny room, could not be described as 'sparkling clean'. Bathroom was sadly lacking in amenities. Porter took a very long time with baggage. Most inconvenient and certainly not worth the money. The charge for the Internet was ridiculous. The room was cold, when I informed them nothing was done. Had to get extra blankets! Hotel Feature Tip: Choose a different hotel. Not convenient for anything.

Great access for Manchester airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Safe parking. One one slight problem in that there was no lift to our room on the first floor so we had to carry all our luggage up a flight of stairs. However, help was offered if necessary. Hotel Feature Tip: Would use again for ease of access to airport.
