We booked it for valentines in town and it turned out to be the best valentines we had. hotel looks amazing inside, reception staff really nice and welcoming. when we got to our room we were like wow! Rooms are a bit small but that didn't really bother us that much. we went for a meal in town so can't really comment on the food apart from breakfast, which was lovely, there's something for everyone. In the evening we tried cocktails at the hotel's bar. really nice! and worth the price. bar staff really lovely, very friendly. we had a very nice stay and i'd honestly recommend it to a friend.

bar serves lovely cocktails, our favourite was woo woo.

Lovely hotel with a great location and service

I booked a twin executive room for one night and upon checking in, the staff offered me a complimentary upgrade to the garden suite because i was a member of the hotel's membership programme. i was pleasantly surprised by this gesture. However, the bed was very very noisy and the slightest movement on the bed would result in a creaking noise.

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. i purchased it as apart of a christmas present for my fiance.
the hotel is in a fantastic location with the bus stop and tram stop outside the door along with being only around the corner from arndale shopping centre.
the con's of our stay which were purely because of personal opinion is that certain parts of the room (i.e. bathroom) are in desperate need of upgrading. also the mattress of the bed was 'too soft' if thats possible. i was on 1 side of bed and when the other half sat down on other side, i bounced and lost my balance.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are looking for handy places that are easy on the pocket there are plenty practically across the road from hotel. 1 of them in particular does fantastic deals on a daily basis. I availed of the buy 1 get 1 free promo on cocktails :)

The hotel is average at best. Room is dark, has only a sofa for one person, so not ideal for couples or families. The location is good, in the city centre, you can take the tram to castle square and walk for less than a minute and you'll reach the hotel (although it's very hilly so don't bring big luggages). This area has many shops and malls, shopping is inexpensive.
Restaurant Tip:
I recommend people to eat at the bar near the tram station (castle square) food is very cheap and good! I recommend their large traditional breakfast.

stayed in this hotel when we went to snow patrol concert it is in a great location a short walk to all the shops bars and numerous restaurants and eating places 10 min walk to men arena the room was great we paid for a double room but was elated whe we went to our room to see that we had been upgraded to a superior room which was very very spacious with a very comfortable huge kingsize bed will definetly be recommending it and returning soon

stayed one night for a conference pleasant enough room if a little small. Clean and up to date. Can be a long wait for the lifts this is a high rise hotel. Parking is convenient although in high demand. Strange set up in that recption is on the first floor not on street level. Good location in the heart of town
