Big room, convenient location

Big room, central location, in-room facilities

The hotel is adjacent to the Arndale Centre in the middle of Manchester. Our room was a huge, two bedroom affair with all the expected amenities. Being in the city centre the room suffered from noise from the local drunks through the night. At check in a deposit was taken in case anything was damaged. There was no-one at reception on checkout, so it remains to be seen if the deposit will be returned.

Great apartment for shops

Central location.

Great location for central Manchester shopping. Good sized apartment. They had only recently started opperating as an apartment hotel when we stayed and one or two things had been neglected. For example, the oven hadn't been cleaned after a previous occupant had left some pizza inside. We had to complain about this but we were given some money off as compensation. The staff were courteous.
