Staff extremely friendly & hotel very clean. They always had a smile to give & couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was extremely reasonable too & even had a fab breakfast included.
Ok, if you want to stay in the heart of London, this isn't the hotel for you. We wanted a hotel near the O2, so it was perfect. The last tube goes back to London about 12 from o2, but the DLR goes back to hotel about 1am, so it was better. It doesn't take too long either to get about, it's less than 5 mins walk from station.

Breakfast was good quality, reception staff were efficient.
Hotel is so far out of London. Would only recommend if you need to be in Docklands area.
The basic hotel room was modest in size, but comfotable, with a nice bathroom.
Breakfast was served in a large restaurant area, and the choice of food was large, and was cooked to a good standard.
The hotel was a long way from Central London. A taxi was £30 at night, after the trains stop running. The area was very quiet, and walking around it late at night felt a little uneasy.
Nightlife Tip : If you miss the last train, a cab will cost you £30 to get back from Central London.

lovely reception staff, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast relaxed and good quality. handy for city airport
long walk to DLR station for airport or city centre. noisy air con
we enjoyed our stay at dockands ramada hotel and suites. The rooms are comfortable and well equiped and we enjoyed a well presented breakfast while watching the planes. we were even given our room early on arriving and our luggage securely held so that we could enjoy our last day before a late flight from city airport.

Very clean, spacious and modern rooms with power showers. Close to the O2 Arena and London City Airport.
The hotel is a bit far off and needs to install some working payphones.
This hotel is excellent value for money, when you're looking for a base close to O2 Arena, the Excel or London City Airport. It has very clean, spacious and modern rooms with power showers! Mine even had a nice "sea view" on the Royal Victoria dock. The hotel is newly built with massive walls and there's no disturbance from other guests. There's a car park but the hotel is also walking distance to the Excel and the airport! O2 Arena is only 4 DLR stops away and Prince Regent station is 300 yards down the road. Breakfast buffet is okay.
Now to the Cons:
The hotel is a bit far off. It takes ages to get back to civilization. Apart from the hotel's own bar/restaurant and a pub across the carpark, the only (mini) foodstore around is 600 yards down the road. Also don't lose your mobile/cellphone or fall into the pincode trap while staying here. There are NO working phones in or around the hotel that would allow you to call abroad for a decent price. I had to buy a calling card from the food store and it only worked from the concierge's desk.
The DLR station is a high-built with no escalators, so bad luck when the elevators are on strike and the bags are heavy. The elevators also smell of pee. The guys really should have used the hotel lobby bathrooms...
Shopping Tip : The only local convenience store is hidden on the corner of Prince Regent Lane/Churchill Road.
Walk up to the DLR Station and turn right into Prince Regent Lane.

I have liked everything about this hotel personal. Beleuchtugsmöglichkeiten whole room totally clean and different. After a long search I found this hotel and was 100% peace with it. Would also like to book this hotel again if I needed one once.
The linens überschüttelt accidentally with tea and the room service was not able to go.
The room was decorated beautifully fullness and I've instantly fallen in love with the device. Bathroom had only shower but it was really good. Whole bathroom was quite new. And nothing to grumble. I have found no negative features. breakfast here, while I pay full price but had no time to eat there.
Hotel Feature Tip : Is not directly in the center of London but a good connection there.
