We found the staff extremely friendly and quick, room was relatively quiet and clean, food was generous and good.
Reception needed smartening up.
On arrival we were treated with respect and politness. The booking procedure was short and correct. Hotel amenities were explained and they were first class. We found that the hotel was in easy walking distance of Oxford and also Park and Ride. Oxford City is well worth a visit with its academic history. We recommend this hotel's service staff most highly.
Shopping Tip : Use the park and ride to avoid the high cost of parking in Oxford city.
