Great location, lovely hotel but small rooms

Amazing location, right in the centre. Rooms are lovely but compact. For the price, I would definitely say value for money. Quite noisy at the front as on main road with a load music bar opposite. On street parking is available outside, free between 6pm and 8am, we were able to get a space without much difficulty.

Great location for Salisbury
Location in the town centre and value for money

for the price, this hotel has great central location, walking distance to the salisbury cathederal. the room is small but adequate. more importantly, it is clean. however, it would be great if they have air condition facilities during summer as it can get quite stuffy.

Central location - excellent rooms

Hotel is centrally located and everything is walking distance.
Rooms are pretty large and look like more suite than simple rooms. We had a double bed room with separated living room at the ground floor. Of course not nice ot have the window giving on the street but was still fine.
Rooms are perfect. They seem new or newly refurbished.
Reception could be improved (friendliness / would need ot be more warm). However it is the only small things we can argue.
There is no restaurant nor breakfast.

Incredible hotel at Salisbury

It was my first trip to Salisbury, and this is one of the better hotels I have stayed in. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much, but the room is extremely cosy, clean. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is huge and nicely built. Location is right in the middle of Salisbury, very near to the Cathedral, which is a plus point. Although there was no breakfast, they did leave me some cookies in the room. 3 minute walk to the city center market square, food is easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room came with a small flat screen TV with quite a few channels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the Salisbury Cathedral to see one of the actual original magna carta.

city lodge is basic with only a reception, our room was a bit compact but was clean, tidy and quiet and had all the amenities needed for a night or two.
its in a great location, easy walking distance of csr parks, shops, bars, cathedral ect..

Ciao,
io la mia bella abbiamo soggiornato in questo Lodge per un week-end. Per essere in Inghilterra, il prezzo era ragionevole e la camera pulita, sufficientemente grande e silenziosa, sebbene l'hotel sorga in una zona molto centrale della cittadina piena di night club, super affollati da giovai locals.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ovviamente Stonehenge, ma non dimenticatevi della zona intorno a Silbury hill.
