Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Very helpful staff at Reception.
Hotel has some lovely old features.
Dissapointed with this hotel for expensive per night would have expected the hotel not too look as tired and dated as it did. The bar area looked dirty with the seats and tables needing renewed. The bedrooms are very small, lovely modern bathroom not in contrast with the bedroom. Central location extremely noisy overnight with traffic and people going home at 03.00 after obviously having a good night!! Exterior of the hotel charming and reception area lovely, after this it all falls apart, though must say the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel if you get a reasonable price but not worth the price offered.
Restaurant Tip : Lovely Indian restaurant near the train station.

Do not like buffet breakfasts and parts of the hotel are in need of a face lift.
The hotel is located in the city centre. The hotel bar has a friendly atmosphere and the bar food is very good.
I had a single room which was very small and very, very warm, due to the Velux windows opening only slightly, this resulted in a very disturbed nights sleep. The room was well appointed and had recently been redesigned.
Restaurant Tip : Great little Thia restaurant only 5 minutes walk.
