Fantastic staff

Really enjoyed my stay. Bar had a good selection of drinks and got served straight away. The staff were very helpful and suggested an Indian restaurant, which was amazing, we ordered a taxi from the free phone by reception. The bed was very comfy and the room was spotless, the shower was fantastic really good water pressure.. Good tv channel options and the room was nice and quiet even though the hotel was busy.. I will be staying here again..

This is my second visit to the hotel, we had a lovely stay again. Large modern clean rooms, lovely staff and bacon butties for breakfast!
Shopping Tip:
Not even a five minute walk from the shopping centre!

The overall standard of the hotel was good, however there was no milk left in the room,
If the check out time is 11.45 why did we get a knock on our door at 9.00 from the housekeeper wanting to see if she could make up the room.

The staff are very friendly. The room was clean. Most of the rooms have recently been renovated. So, it was a positive experience overall.

There is a shopping centre very close to the hotel which is a 10min walk. There is also a retail park which is a 15 min walk where all sorts of retail outlets can be found.

The hotel is really luxury tidy bathrooms are quite amazing really loved it. Stayed there for one night because of the tattoo convention but it was great. Wold really recommend it!
