OK hotel - just ok

I found out there was no phone in my room. I notified the front desk upon check in. When I reminded the lady at the front desk on day 2 (a Friday), she said it was already weekend and nothing could be done event though she'd promised to let the manager know the day before. It was unable to receive or make calls throughout my stay. That's unacceptable.
