Location. Breakfast. Car parking facilities. Friendly helpful staff.
Decor was a little tired in some areas although this did look as though it was being addressed. It was a very warm evening and we had the window open at night. Unfortunately as we were overlooking the car park we were awoken by a delivery lorry in the early hours of the morning.
Perfectly positioned for a city visit, as everything was within easy walking distance. Free on sight car parking facilities were a real bonus. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff efficient and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The choice and quality of breakfast was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Travel tip : Plenty of restaurant's, shops and visitor attractions all within easy walking distance of hotel. Some of the attractions are a little expensive I felt but there is still plenty to see and do if you had a limited budget.

Lovely Garden Hotel; Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Great Location
Prefer to have later check-outs on Sunday.
Walls are a bit thin...
Staying at Lady anne middletons was a lovely experience. The staff friendly, breakfast is the best i ever had in an UK Hotel. The Location is convenient and peaceful. The only con is that i could here the people above me talking in the morning but for the rest there are no other worrying thing i can mention.
Perfect for business and leisure.

They are surrounded by flowers, is the best location. , Very small and settle. Was very happy with a country feel.
