the hotel first look is great and the lesure facilities very good!

we booked this hotel for a weekend break in york.
the breakfast was not included in that price but it did not bother us as we were expecting the wow factor, when we got to our room it was no bigger than a shoe cupboard! double bed pushed against wall with no room to walk around, i had to sit with my legs up on the bed when my wife was making tea and coffee! when we ask about a bigger room we were told that its a victoren building and they are all the same in this price range! i was gutted as this was our 1st wedding anniversary! the room also had not been dusted down, there was a big layer of dust over the headboard!
