We had comfortable stay

value for money, attentive staff, clean room, lobby and coridors
This hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the center of the town. On the way, you are likely to meet the cows hanging in the middle of the highway. But there was nothing wrong with this hotel. Tiled floors throughout. A tap in the bathroom was a bit leaking while turned on but this has not affected us in any way. We had a very good sleep, good breakfast. At the end, for extra 12-hour stay after check-out time hotel charged a half of daily rate - happy!

Nice, spacious well maintained rooms,a good restaurant and well behaved staff
I stayed there in the first week of December for a day,it was my 1st visit to khajuraho and having a problem with speaking hindi,I was apprehensive.having surmised that the staff dont speak english,I was pleasantly surprised. The room was neat and well maintained and the restaurant within the hotel was good too.Would surely stay there if at all I visit khajuraho again.

nice hotel and nice service

helpfull staff
hotel is a nice hotel and service is also good, staff is very helpfull. it is ab small hotel but with godd fecilities, cleaniness and hygine level is very good. but restorant charges are very high, simmilar to 5-star hotel, because of that i took meals outside , not in hotel.if this hotel is reducing the meals and breakfast price , it will be one of the best hotel to stay there.

Looks good, but looks aren't everything

Location - near temples
It's all glistening white marble, which look great but is as cold as charity. The manager (?) told us that the air conditioner in the bedroom was reverse cycle and would het up. It wasn't, so it didn't and as a result, the room was very chilly and we had to settle on an extra blanket. Showering was out of the question as it was too cold. Breakfast was 2slices of cold, singed bread, cornflakes, tea and coffee. We had to pay extra for omlettes. Can't recommend

Small new hotel near main temples

Good value
Uneventful, except there were some problems with hot water due to malfunctioning heater. Hot water was supplied in buckets.

Great value for a hotel in a small town

Ravi the owner's son was very helpful and very pleasant.
it was a very pleasant place to stay. problem with power cuts, and no internet because it was down. would have been nice to have free internet. i had to pay for a full day when it was only available for a few hours. apparently they have three systems to heat the water. two being back ups. on a good day you have to draw off at least three very large buckets of water before it gets hot. this is time consuming. on the second day while drawing off the water it reduced to a trickle and no water for a shower. but hey, this is india, but it was annoying. second day we had to ask for the room to be made up. they said there was a request card for this in the room, but there was not. they brought the workers back in and cleaned the room. would we stay there again...we would as it was great value for money. it was modern and light and airy. staff were very helpful.
Restaurant Tip: service was very slow. lots of items on the menu, but the only meat thing available was chicken, chicken or chicken. apparently only one more month to go on the contract for the restaurant and then there will be changes.

Clean hotel in a nice location but expensive food

Location, pricing
Good hotel with cosy rooms close to the temple area but average yet expensive food and not so courteous staff.Check-out time at 10 a.m. is also problematic for some travelers like us as we planned to leave for Bandhavgarh around 1 p.m. Overall will recommend it but expect it to improve services.

Great hotel.

Friendly very helpful staff and good food.
At the time of year we were staying khajuraho was quiet (tourist wise) hence the hotel was quiet too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out if their way to help us. And even said we could call for help after we had left khajuraho. The room was a decent size and clean, air con worked well and the bathroom was clean. Wifi only worked in the foyer which was charged for and it was slow, this was the only criticism of this hotel during our stay. The restaurant and food was excellent and the best poori barjis in India. Not a bad location. About 1 km into the small town and the western temples. We we picked up at the train station as promised by a very smilie face at 0500. There were three of us stating and we were all really pleased with our stay and we would def come back.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Temples are so worth a visit.
