best located hotel so far
1. location is right next to a bts station and a convenience store 2. rooms are big and comfortable complete with all the amenities as per the hotel description 3. breakfast buffet did not disappoint
i was upgraded to a suite with 2 rooms with 2 beds each and bathrooms! I was floored because it is a big room for a solo traveler like me! too bad that i was staying just for 1 night because i am moving on to the don muang area for the EXO concert. the suite is complete with kitchen, dining area and sala. Will definitely go back here because hotel is not hard to find. from SUV airport it is 300thb by taxi. There's bts and 7-11 just 3 mins walk. This hotel is around 3 stops to major shopping area. Breakfast spread is both western and thai dishes. Toilets have bath tubs and bidet (very impt to me!) The staff are friendly and conversant in English. Taxis and tuktuks wait outside the hotel. All in all I will recommend this hotel. I have stayed in 3 diff hotels in bangkok and this one is truly value for money coupled with comfort and great location!

Great Stay in Bangkok!
Location, Food and Service
My third stay at Evergreen Place and without doubt I will definitely be back again! Great location as it is just a 2 min walk to the nearest BTS station with few convenient stores nearby. Just round the corner is a massage place to pamper my tired feet after a long day of shopping. The dining hall on the 8th floor has now been enlarged to accommodate more guests so everyone can dine in comfort. I'm pleased with the wide selection of food choices at breakfast and the fact that the food is replenished regularly to cater for guests coming in at different timing. Overall, I am impressed with the courteous and dedicated staff at Evergreen who have certainly made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

Great ;location
Location, rooms, swimming-pool
I love this place but they become really too too expensive. I love the location, because very easy to go shopping every where and can also go khaosan road with the boat. TV us very bad, just a few channel, the wifi is many times not working. Staff are allways very nice.

It was very fantastic. The hotel facilities are superb and the staff were good. All the shopping area is near by Train station and transport is well connected. We would definitely come aging to stay

My third stay at evergreen place. Pleasant place!
Child-friendly, very nice staff and great food.
Excellent services for rooming and dining. This is my third stay and this time round we found many cockroaches in the apartment we were allocated. My kid love it as it is very spacious &child friendly.

Poor service
Room in good condition
Overall was bad experience, especially asked for another two extra towels for kids. First day extra towel was provided. Second day onwards not provide at all, even requested from reception and follow up by phone call also no use. They dont even bother to give another two extra towels. They recommend us to book a big taxi family with 2young children. We only have 3small luggage + 2small bag. In the end we insisted to get small taxi.

Comfortable Stay!
Big rooms, Near BTS, Friendly Staff
Stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite which was spacious. Rooms were clean though a bit dated, but beds and pillows were really comfortable! Daily buffet breakfast was fairly good and hotel tried to vary the menu daily. Location of hotel - 5 min walk from BTS. Exit Ratchathewi BTS at Asia Hotel (exit through hotel or walk down the stairs on the right), turn towards direction of Siam Station and hotel is in a short alley next to Kaizen Sushi Restaurant. Our taxi ride from airport costs about 380 baht, expect to pay 75 baht toll if using highway. If carrying heavy luggage or if you have 3-4 travelers, then taxi is a good idea. Street food, local restaurants and 7-11s are within easy reach of hotel. Some pubs across the road.

Kids (2 -12) don't stay for free
The size , location , cleanliness of the room,.
For 7 nights, overall is not too bad but Reception Staff asked 200b from me for my child and the receipt titled *breakfast. According to agoda, the hotel policies children (2-12) stay for free. Questioned him back , a negative reply from him. To conclude, quite a enjoyable stay.
