Ok for the price
as we were sharing the room between 3 adults, the price was decent. We were hoping for a microwave, refrigerator and possibly a coffee maker...but apparently not the norm for the area.

Great stayed
We stayed there for 3 three days, our experience was more than we except. The location is good, right on the strip. The room was clean and very neat. We also ate at the buffet there, we had breakfast, it was delicious, lot of option. I noticed all the staff were very nice and helpful. price and qualities were great, I would definitely stay there again.

Pretty good overall; family vacation on a budget
Vegas trip with small children....what do you expect? It was fun, hard, and exhausting. Hotel was pretty good overall. Best hotel/location for the price we could find (we used priceline). Room was decent; beds were comfortable enough (I've been in better but also worse). It was clean at least. View was amazing; kids loved the "castle and tower" look. Long lines to check in, no where to park and wait. Parking was difficult; finally found a spot in the garage behind the hotel on the second level. Found out later I could have asked for a luggage cart and "bellhop" person (or whatever they call them) to help carry things in; it was a long walk with luggage and kids to our room. They don't lend out luggage carts w/o the staff member to help. Casino on the entire bottom floor, but that was expected. 1st day had a hotel staff member direct us to a desk for discount tickets for events, and got roped in for cheap tickets to "review a resort," which turned out to be a big time-share pitch. Paid $100 (had to be cash) up front for the 4 tickets, and received a "voucher" for the tickets, to be redeemed after the sales pitch. The pitch was high pressure, but we politely said no. Nice play area for kids above 4 years old, and a free lunch! (Sandwiches, juice, and cookies, nothing special but not bad.) We didn't ask many questions, made our intentions clear up front, and the sales rep was polite but had to take us through the presentation. Lasted about 2 hours. Others were there for much longer with questions. Manager tried a hard close and lowered the price; we said no. She finally signed off on our tickets; they took us to a room to "review" the presentation, where they lowered the monthly price again (not sure how that all was possible and worked out???) and again tried to close. We said no (again) and finally they took us to an accountant who exchanged the ticket certificates for the vouchers (or vice versa...never understood the terminology there) and refunded our
