Terrible experience
There is no enough parking lot on weekends, so sometimes you need to park other places and have to pay 20 dollar. The receptioniest was unkind when I checked in, she even asked me several things to prove myself. The way she asked me was very rude.

Newly remodeled, better scented!
I guess they have remodeled the entire hotel, from top to bottom, internally of course. The hotel doesn't smell as bad as it once did, a whole floor of slots and tables with variety of games to choose from. Pool is newly remodeled as well. Looks great over all. I will stay there again soon enough.

Excalibur Stay
Along with having to pay for the hotel and the resort fee (which is for the use of WIFI and their fitness center) we had to pay an $8 daily fee for parking. As rich as this company is, we found that to be ridiculous. Also, we requested a smoking room, not knowing MGM resort hotel rooms are now non-smoking. Ironically, when we paid for our hotel room online, we had to check a box of we wanted a non-smoking room; however, all of them are non-smoking now. No one bothered to let us know that although we specifically requested a smoking room, it would be unattainable. A simple call or email to let us know of this would have been wonderful. We also found it quite strange that we couldn't smoke in the privacy of our hotel room, yet could smoke throughout the casino where children were present at every corner. If this is really a change to make MGM resorts more family friendly, it seems like they need to do a lot more than just eliminate smoking in hotel rooms. They should extend that to the casinos, along with the topless women dancing outside and on tables inside other casinos.

Very good stay.
The convenience of having the room where all these amenities were at your call was awesome. Ive been to Vegas several times but never on the strip. This was awesome. The price was great too. Wish we had longer than two days.

I come to Vegas a lot maybe six to eight times a year I enjoy playing poker Vegas is the poker capital of the world in my opinion. I stay at Excalibur the flamingo Treasure Island the vast majority of the time. I didn't like it when you guys added the extra Resort fee but it was Vegas I put up with it. This time when I got there they asked if I had a car they want to charge me parking fee I don't use a car so you would think that it wouldn't matter to me but it does. You're going to nickel-dime me till I end up going to Atlantic City or LA instead
