Guests are required to get in touch with the hotel prior arrival and notifying the hotel of the estimated time of arrival. Our contact details are given to guest upon booking confirmation. The hotel is also able to do self check-in via mobile phones for first night stay, short notice and upon full payments received.

The apartments will always be prepared for arrivals and as specified in booking. There is a guestbook/manual for any further information needed and check-in process is usually upon arrival at the apartment.

Please note that the standard check in time is 0900 to 1800 on Monday to Friday & from 1400 to 1600 Saturday and Sunday.

9am - 11am [MO-FR ONLY]: Drop off your luggage in our office just a few minutes away from the apartment
11am - 1400 [ALL DAYS]: Drop off in the apartment [whilst cleaning in process, key will be handed over but apartment must be left vacant till 1400]
14 - 2100 [ALL DAYS]: Personal check in and key handover at the apartment
2100 - 9am next day [ALL DAYS]: Self check-in available through security codes provided, must be communicated from 48 hours prior arrival.

The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.

Guests are required to contact the property at least 1 day(s) in advance for key collection details.

It's a very unpleasant experience.
Location, location, location
The heater did not work in the night and we were unable to get help so we had to sleep in the cold rooms. The hot water supply in the bath room is not working. 2 minutes of lukewarm water is all you can get. We have to boil water for our shower. The TV could hardly receive 2 channels, and often shown "no data service" on the screen for every few minutes. A faulty PS3 player was provided. I tried to call lifestyle-lets on the next day(31 st December2013)but no one answers the call. We decided not to waste our vacation worrying about the poor facilities and service of this hotel.

fantastic location, very disappointing apartment
location, security and location
We paid for a two bedroom apartment, we got a one bedroom with bodgy thrown up walls for extra 'room'. Questionable electricals with regard to lighting, difficult to operate shower, insufficient linen for number of guests booked. if not for the location, we would have been seeking redress re this accommodation.

läget, storleken,
Lägenheten var väldigt sliten men fungerade. Dock höll toalettstolen på att släppa från väggen och ganska många lysen var ur funktion. TV fungerade inte och vid sms var det inte någon som åtgärdade det under vår vistelse. Läget var mycket bra.
