Bathroom, cleanliness, politeness
The bed is thin and hard, lack of menu items, good a/c, polite service, not the best location though close to the u.s. Embassy, pretty clean, bathroom is a bit cozy as it doesn't have enough wiggle room, wifi is free but not the best, sometimes you can't get a signal at all but I think the room is a little over priced for the accommodations.

Very bad place to stay
Check in was very bad maid came in our room at 7:00 am while we was sleeping never knock are anything just came right in. Internet very poor just forget getting online here if you like the net.Look like they unload three big trucks of luggage in the lobby must had over 100 boxes and suitcases in the lobby. If you are looking for something better for rhe money down the street is better.

one night stay

everything is minute walking distance. robinsons mall is under 5 minutes. There's a 7-11, 10 ft from the door which is very convenient. Area is good.
Stay was excellent. Just keep in mind when it rains, the corner block area gets flooded. But budget friendly and convenient.

Power outages, hard beds, broken refrigerator

Location, good staff, directly across casino
This is my second time staying there and I gave it a second chance but I'm still disappointed... the beds are hard, the refrigerator doesn't work, and they shut down one elevator to save "power"... in fact, they had a "scheduled electricity" maintenance on a Tuesday and the electricity/internet/elevators were down from 8am-2pm... really? What kind of hotel does that? I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and the staff said they are off!! What kind of leaders run away from disgruntled customers.. there was no compensation and compassion.. the staff lady told me to leave the hotel while the power was out.. very bad service, only 12 hour notice of the power outage!! Don't stay here, very bad management and construction is ongoing forever and is really loud when you try and sleep...

Under repair, don't accept room floors constructn

Location, price point
Placed mr in rooms that were renovated, but terrible noise, smell, odors, chemical smell on 4th floor, while other rooms were being repaired, unsafe, bad chemical smells, would never pass an OSHA inspection if this was in the USA.

Not executive aware

Horrible, rooms under construction and remodel, problem is that they are trying to place guests in the room just down the hallway, Loud noise all day long, workers talking loudly over the construction noise, terrible smell and chemical cleaning odors all day long, No effort made to keep noise and odors away from guests. Either stay away until it's done, or move to a floor not under these hot and smelly conditions. Very unprofessional, obviously owner wants to maximize income, not guest safety or comfort.

Another pleasurable stay in Manila.

Service, cleanliness location.
The Executive Plaza always satisfies the needs of a seasoned traveler. From helpful and friendly welcome, ease of booking in, modern refurbished rooms, general cleanliness and sleep quality they cannot be faulted. The location in Mabini is ideal for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, medical and dental treatment, and every other delight/necessity for a family from the provinces. Great value for money, I cannot fault it and come back each time I'm in Manila.
