Well Managed Hotel Centrally Located
Staff With Friendly Attitude, Clean Well-Maintained Rooms, Lots of Dining Options.
I always stay at the Fairmont as it represents very good value considering its central location and the price of hotels in Singapore generally. The lobby and bar has been completely renovated, as have many of the guest rooms and, considering it has been around for so many years the maintenance standard is excellent. Everything works. The lifts are really fast, lift and room access via touch card, fast complimentary internet plus two complimentary newspapers per day and complimentary capsule coffee in your room. There is an evening turn down/towel replacement/room tidy service which is unusual these days and all the linen is exceptionally clean and fresh. Breakfast selection (at Prego restaurant) is pretty good and service very efficient. The only downside is no guest complimentary parking. Valet parking costs a whopping SGD30 per day. I have recommended this place to many people and everyone has enjoyed their stay. Best to book a Deluxe room and specify the South Tower as it is fully renovated while the North Tower is still under renovation and may be a bit noisy.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days, the overall stay absolutely fantastic! From the very first step of check in till check out, the staff assisted very well through the procedures and helped with every enquiry! The staff have a high level of knowledge regarding the hotel and the location. Definitely an amazing experience! I would be returning back soon and would suggest the hotel to my friends and colleagues! It was a pleasure staying at Fairmont Singapore =)

This hotel becomes our "place to stay" when we come to Singapore. So far it has been the third time in 2 months and we have not been disapointed. Great service, clean room. One improvement point would be to offer Internet access to all rooms.
