Expensive for a two star hotel !
Can't find 3 best things about this hotel apart from staff trying their best to help.
I choose to stay at Fersal Hotel Malakas for two nights to attend a conference nearby. It was a last minute decision to stay in this hotel. The stay was expensive even with breakfast included. We ordered breakfast and was told they don't have what we wanted. Fridge thermostat was set to high and was broken, our fruits and water was frozen the next day. Housekeeping didn't replace toothbrush and no newspapers in room as stated in Room Facilities in Agoda website. Asked for an iron and ironing board and was told to pay for it. No price list in room information booklet. Didn't feel comfortable staying at this hotel even though the hotel staff tried their best. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again.
