It is well located
quiet, good view & valued for money
First Hotel Esplanaden is well located at the fringe of the city with easy access. It is very near to the park, and is very quiet. Good for tourists & budgeted hotel for business stay. It provides coffee, tea & fruits all days, and the buffer breakfast is good.Highly recommended for tourists & budget concious business stay.

Centrally located
decent pricing
The hotel is very central, you get what you pay for. Nothing special, on the other hand - nice rooms at a decent price. Good quality for money.

perfect
convinent, clean, good location
I spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is near by the Churchill park, the famous fountain and the little mermaid. The waiter does the cleaning every morning. The room is warm and comfortable. Since my mobile phone is power off, the waiter helped me to charge the battery, which make me really appreciate it! If I can have another chance to go to Copenhagen, I will choose this hotel definitely!

Lovely, bright hotel in a great locations
Characterful top floor rooms, reasonably spacious and with stunning views
the staff went out of their way to be helpful allowing me a very late check-out, providing extra glasses and generally making my stay easy and enjoyable. the top floor room whilst having a rather odd-shaped shower area had a fantastic view and a sunny and interesting aspect. the ceiling work with exposed beams was rustic whilst otherwise having a clean and modern look to the room.

Good location, nice, compact, basic hotel
Friendly staff, good location.
Hotels in Copenhagen are expensive. This is no exception.
The stay was fine. The attic room was quaint although small. Copenhagen is an expensive city for everything, including accommodation. It is hard not to feel a little cheated by the cost of things but aside from this, the hotel has little to let it down.

Comfort in Copenhagen
This hotel is a gem, it is an affordable option in a city that is exorbitantly priced. Rooms are comfortable and warm, plenty of hot water, flat screen tv. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Positioned a 5min walk from Nyhaven.
Only con is that the hotel corridors could do with a lick of paint, they looked a little shabby. Also the breakfast option felt overpriced, but perhaps that is because we were traveling on a budget.
Our room was great value for money, cosy with a couple of chairs and small table, flat screen tv with english lanuage channels. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. You can sit around in the lobby and have free tea and coffee which was appreciated in cold weather. A short walk to Nyhaven (4min) but a bit of a hike into the train station. Opposite a park which is handy if you are a jogger.
