Good hotel, close to the Green

Cosy rooms, close to city center, old but clean
Our stay was nice. We enjoyed the good position close to parks and museums area. The walking distance from Trinity College and Temple Bar area allowed us to go everywhere by feet. Good connection with Aircoach bus (shuttle to airport) reliable and with reasonble price.

Great location, classic georgian building

Location, friendly staff, clean
Very reasonable hotel for its location, in walking distance of everything in Dublin. The georgian house has no lifts so you get fit walking up to the fourth floor. But friendly staff can help, keep luggage, give directions, etc. Not a modern hotel with facilities but perfect for a city break.

Nice Room Good Location

Near to Howl at the Moon
Nice clean, basic, standard between a 3 star hotel and a B&B. Stayed top floor room 44, quiet, no street noise. I'd go back.

Great location, friendly, good value

Location, helpful reception
Great overnight option for accessing city centre. We had a 4-bed room on the street front so a little noisy but bright and airy and perfect for a city break. Reception were helpful with directions, maps, left luggage, local tips. Classic old Georgian house with high ceilings

Good Location, Basic hotel

Good location, easy walking to town and local attractions.
Good basic hotel located south of the river. Located in nice part of town. No elevator however reception staff voluntered to assist with moving bags to room. Rooms quite warm. Shower directed at the shower screen. Easily flooded the tired bathroom. Friendly staff. Overall a good place to stay. Breakfast available in basement cafe no linked to the hotel.

Great location with cosy warm rooms

Fantastic location
Small hotel in great location. Rooms were warm following check in which was nice touch as many hotels leave the heating off and wait for you to turn it on yourself. Rooms are a good size, with quality beds. Tea and coffee facilities which is nice. Whilst the bathroom is dated it is clean and a decent size. Hotel 10min walk from main centre. Bars and cafes within 2 min walk. Windows are single glazed so there is a bit of noise, nothing that is unusual for such a central location. Basic hotel, nicely done, in perfect location.
