A different world from Hanoi

Tranquilty, convenience to get there from downtown Hanoi, Good for recharge
Awesome, although there was not many choices for food, its a small sacrifice with so many other activities.

Good resort for relax

Near the airport, place for holiday, good sports facilities
It is relaxing. But as a traveler, it is better to provide a local telephone in the room for connecting with the reception. Most of the staff are willing to help. Their English had improved. There will be a place for buying things and eating the local food, where is 9km far from the hotel. Nice to visit there. Canoe and swimming are very nice

Nice place near Hanoi

Beautiful architecture design, very greeny, peaceful
My stay was pleasant. The villa is pretty. But compared to the forest side, the hill side is a bit dull. Staff was polite. Breakfast is very good but dining is not yet up to 5 stars standard.

The resort is overpriced with 3 star service only

The only competitive thing is that it is located near Hanoi. Service is far below 5 star service. The room was so expensive.
I did not feel satisfied at all. Too expensive. Service is not professional.

Such a pity - COULD easily be 5 star,

Bed sheets, towels and the room were very clean
Was asked to pay 1 million vnd cash on arrival, ' Just in case I used the mini bar'!! Im not in the habit of lending out my cash and how do I know it would be returned without hassle on checkout - ridiculous request. Instead of trying to extract cash out of me on arrival would have been more helpful if we had been given a photocopy map of the resort and informed that the breakfast area was in the opposite direction of the evening meal area. we almost missed breakfast as had cycled to the wrong spot - on one bike with unsafe brakes and the other a rust bucket. got to reception and they arranged better bikes.I pay 21.000vnd for 5 litre bottle of water in Hanoi, i knew it would be more expensive here but wasnt expecting the price for a 330ml bottle to be 24.000vnd! It was gonna cost me about 240.000vnd just for water during my stay, receptionist offered to go outside of resort after her shift as the nearest shop 2 kilometeres away, that was nice of her but luckily our car driver gave us what he had brought in his car. The worst part - if you enjoying paying money to stay on a noisy building site this is the place for you! Glad I only booked 2 days to test it out and was pleased to leave.Food was high priced and average, I asked for fried bananas - no bananas - in Vietnam???? My partner asked for Bun Bo Hue two days in a row and wasnt on the menu, can understand if I had asked for a leg of lamb but no bananas or bun bo in Vietnam made me laugh. Such a pity because location is superb and it COULD be peaceful. Also the management policy of extracting as much cash as possible out of visitors could be more realistic. Maintain bicyles and leave personal items alone - I can unpack my own toothbrush and arrange my own clothes.Yes, could be 5 but its only 3 at most.
