Management were awesome. The townhouse was very clean and the location was wonderful.
My partner and I had a very relaxing break and would highly recommend it to others, in fact we are returning with our family for Christmas.

Preston beach needs laot of work

pool, proximity to beach
Air Con was leaking. Had to wait for 2nd day for a repair to be done. Bathroom light wasn't working. Main bedroom fan did not work - eventually manageress bring in a pedestal fan. Insects and moths on ceilings Hot plate didn't work No batteries in tv remote control

Good stopover place

Located at about the mid-point between Perth and Margarete River.
We paid for a place that can accommodate 6, but was not informed that 2 persons would be using the pull-out sofa bed. Also there is only one toilet for the entire place, i.e. 2 shower rooms, but only 1 toilet bowl area. And the internal dryer drum was dirty. It is also quite a long way in from the highway.

spoilt by the fact that there was no extraction fan in the kitchen, therefore cooking smells stayed in the beach shack.

Mouldy townhouse in need of a good paint job

Swimming pool
Below average. The townhouse is in definite need of paint. There is mould and rot growing through the bottom floor ceiling from the shower and toilet upstairs.

A pleasant and clean self-catering apartment.

Cleanliness, spacious and new.
We got lost and checked in later than we planned to and the reception was closed. The friendly staff guided us to the apartment over the phone and helped us check in remotely. The nearby Preston Beach is a few minutes drive away. A must-go.

Quiet Getaway

Beautiful beach, clean and comfortable and quiet
Very enjoyable. Quiet. Clean comfortable chalets. Nice swimming pool. Beach amazing! We went before school holidays began in December, very quiet but bar and cafe only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, no good for us as we stayed Monday to Thursday! Luckily we were allowed BYO round pool as bar not open. Local shop has limited self catering supplies so advise to stock up before you go as nearest next shop about 40 minute drive away. But does do hot food to take chips burgers etc. very tasty. Mandurah also 40 minute drive away. Beach 500m, walkable but has big car park and if you have 4x4 you can park on the sand. All in all very enjoyable. Amazing sunsets.

Mice ate our food & spoilt our stay

Near the beach, quiet location, heated swimming pool
The townhouse we stayed in had mice which chewed through an unopened packet of food & rummaged through my daughter's backpack which was left on the floor at night (we found droppings in her bag). Footprints is quite isolated so you need to bring everything with you if you plan to cook your own meals, which you would have to because there are no restaurants nearby. The hotel cafe was closed for the 3 days we were there.
