Great location, but noisy rooms
Unless you go to sleep early, request a room on the opposite side of the hallway from the Freemont Street light and sound display, as the noise after dark is deafening.

Didnt give us what we booked
Have us 2 queen beds when we booked 1 king. Put us in South tower and we called when we booked the same day, and asked for the North tower. Room had confety on the floor when,we entered, was never vacumed up.

Customer Service is not a given thing in the US
Staff is on average in every hotel or restaurant not used to give high standard customer service, on this matter in the US people can learn a lot from the European countries!

Try to avoid this hotel at all costs!
Rooms were rundown, shower bairly worked. The water was terrible, don't think they are filtering it. The toliet was broken and they came to fix it. It only worked for two flushes after that before it was broken again. Dealers were rude downstairs, table felt was ripped up. Lots of employees were short with you and were not very helpful.
