Location Location Location
Considered how expensive New York can be. This is a nice place to stay as it is very convenient to few different subways in Queens. It is clean and also offers free breakfast.

Good hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at the Country inn and suites. The breakfast was good, fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, donuts, toast, bagels, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. The room was spacious with a comfy king size bed. The hotel staff was very nice the only thing was that if you needed soap at late hours you had to go to the front desk to get it which I didn't like much but it could have been worst. The staff even let me check in after 12am the next day and Check in is the latest at 12am and I got there about 2am because of transportation issues and my flight landed at 11pm. The only negative I found was that the creases of the tube was a bit pink as if they didn't clean it very well but it appears as if it could just be stained from all the water over time. It was a bit expensive too but I did go to NYC on a high tourist season, last time I went in January I paid about half the price for the same amount of days. Now I know to just go in the winter lol. I really recommend this hotel you will not regret it.

Plus: good location, price reasonable, View to Queensboro Bridge, close to LaGuardia Airport Minus: Check-in 3pm only, No safe deposit box, Wi-Fi in room 8816 not working properly, very basic breakfast,

Budget hotel , good location
At Queen's. A 5min walk to Quessboro Plaza station (N Q 7 line). The environment is safe and there's a grocery store at the gas station just next to it and the price is reasonable. The room is okay. Has a view of the Queen's bridge; however, the maid didn't manage to close the door properly after the cleaning. Scared us when we got back to the hotel. But luckily, nothing is missing. The breakfast is simple: boil egg, bagel, bread, corn flakes, fruits, juice coffee, tea and milk; however, there are not enough table for the guest. Some of people have to take their food back to their rooms to eat. Fitness centre s small but clean with 4 basic equipment inside.

hotel owner should invest on staff etiquette and customer service training.... better yet hire a legal citizen where they are screened before issueing an american passport.

Terrible experience
The front desk staff is terrible. I gave specific instructions not to enter the room and the staff lied twice stating no one entered the room. When I questioned them and asked to speak to the manager they refused to call the manager. Also despite the fact they enter the room they made the bed and did not change any of the sheets . There's nothing around this place except a gas station. And I got the distinct impression of an undertone of racism from the Arab staff.

the location is good hence the reasonable rates. recommended by my family but my personal experience wasnt so pleasant. receptionist wasnt so welcoming, not even accommodating and appears annoyed with guest inquiries. maybe for asian guests only especially the receptionist on the night of june 2 and the same one during mid day on the 5th june. the hotel is good, staff maybe needs re-orientation of customer service 101. the worst part is the housekeeping, very very loud, slamming of the doors, chatting, in and out of the service exit bangging the doors. customer service in the sub-continent countries are superb but when they get usa or british passports they become arrogant, and they are stereotypecast because they are consistent of that attitude and mentality!

value for money
I stay here the second time and still like it. the loction is very near metro stations, the room is decent with microwave , breakfast is tasty with hot entree , yogurt, croissant , fruits etc. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
