Hôtel bien situé mais un peu sommaire

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel accueillant et efficace mais les chambres sont petites, moites, les matelas très durs et peu confortables, la climatisation bruyante.
Douche hyper mal fichue et pas pratique.

uncomfortable but great location.
polite staffs, convenient location and good room view.

unpleasant because shower compartment was too cramp and flooded easily. non-smoking floor not strictly adhered to because my neighbour guests smoked and I could smell from my locked room. television channels suffered poor streaming due to bad reception. hair dryer smoked and sparks appeared when first turned on.

Good Bargain in Convenient Location
The price is very reasonable. The location is very convenient. The staff were quite helpful

I requested for a room with double bed here on Agoda while I was making a reservation. However, upon check-in, the staff there told me that there was no more room with double bed. I was forced to stay in a room with twin bed. It was so weird to see an empty bed next to me whole night. Other than this, the service and environment were quite acceptable given room rate was pretty low.

Reception staff should be attentive, especially checking in guests, I was kept waiting for a room, whilst other guests were being checked in !
I questioned this and they apologized, forgetting me
whilst I sat directly in front of the reception counter .
