Easy access hotel for stopover
Easy access, clean, no noise
Very easy hotel if you have a stopover, next to terminal 2. Everything was clean and the rooms are spacious. Great shower. Price is very high though, without breakfast. Not many choices at the airport that's why they can put the price so high. Beds are ok.

VERY Convenient
Comfortable, quiet and very convenient to Terminal 2
I arrived late in the afternoon with a 2pm flight the next day so was pleased when told the hotel had a 1pm checkout time. This meant relaxing in the comfortable room rather than a noisy airport. The hotel is right in the Terminal 2 building so it is a short stroll to check-in desks. There is a food court at the departures level right below the hotel so easy access to food and drinks. Enjoyed my stay.

Convenient, welcome break

I staying here overnight in transit, and it was like a mini haven or heaven. It took literally 5mins to get to from the terminal, the staff spoke English, my room was wonderfully comfortable, and it had free WiFi.

Convenient but stubborn staff
Location, room amenities and cleanses
We used this hotel to relax for the 7 hours layover between connection flights. The front desk try to charge more for each of our young adult children. We explained that we would stay less than 6 hours for the layover and we wouldn't want to pay extra. This staff was very stubborn that she wouldn't let us check in unless we paid $800 Mexican pesos more for our children. Regardless how we explain the situation, she was stubborn to collect the extra fee on top of $168 USD we paid for the room. We finally gave up and wanted to cancel the reservation and a supervisor appeared and resolved the issue and he let us stay. Other than that drama, the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable and it provided nice rest before our connection flight.

really hard to get to hotel from T1 (no shuttle)
nothing extraordinary, just new and a pretty lobby
arriving at T1 with family and trying to get to this hotel with all the luggage required 3 luggag carts!! (customs, T1 & T2) also "security" at the aero-tren sucked! they didn't want to let us take the train because we didn't have boarding pass for T2 even tho we had a reservation for a hotel in T2. Not the hotel's direct fault; but getting there with the family mily is really complicated and frustrating and because they don't provide a shuttle like the Camino Real I will never stay at this hotel again. Their restaurant is mediocre at best; while Camino Real has 3 very good restaurants. The room was ok, the pillows were too tall and bulky. We asked for a crib and the rail could not be lowered so we couldnt lower the baby to the mattress; asked for a second one and rail didn't work either; we ended up sleeping with the baby in our bed

Overrated NH Airport Hotel
Proximitry to airport. Cleanliness.
This is not a 5 star Hotel by any means. % Star means excellent customer service and wonderful amenities as well as cleanliness and comfort. Not even a bottle of water in the room was free. I felt the room was very "sterile" looking. They could not give me one King bed as I had reserved because they said that did not fall into the category I booked in. My husband and I were put in a room with 2 Queen beds that were full size, not Queen. The worst thing was I could not print my boarding pass at this hotel. They told me their business office was closed and so I would have to e mail them my Airline information and confirmation No. and they would then somehow print it for me and I could pick it up in the morning. They gave me a business card with an e mail address and sent me over to a computer which there was no lighting so I could not see to send them an e mail!! Seriously this is an airport hotel without that service available 24/7 ?? After several trips back an forth to the front desk, I gave up and went to the kiosk in the airport the next morning. Oh and the "free shuttle" to the airport is only available at night otherwise you have to take the airport train which is free but the amount of walking from this hotel to Terminal One is very long and you are carrying your luggage. Better off staying in terminal One hotels(Hilton and Marriott) if flying out of Terminal One. Would not recommend this hotel to elderly, disabled or anyone not prepared to hike with their luggage. Food in the restaurant was not even close to 5 Star quality!

Great reception staff at desk at 2 AM! Pleasant, courteous and very helpful ... freindly and funny. Should be promoted! If there is anything to complain about - it was the lack of transportation from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 at that time. And a very minor complaint is the lack of a light in the bathroom that would allow a comfortable and accurate shave! Didn't have time to eat in the AM - but the restaurant looked great too! So how can I rate this area? See my comments about the rating .. if you FORCE people to give a rating without opportunity to explain -as you do - it makes all your rating subject to YOUR lies! I can't really rate the hotel because I do not know what exactly constitutes a 5 star hotel
