Worst experience in India
I arrived in Delhi at 1.30am. I chose Red Fox because it was nearby the airport so I could go to sleep fast after arriving and I had business on that side of the city. I arranged an airport pickup through the hotel, meaning they had my arrival details. Upon arriving in the hotel the desk clerk told me to wait for 5 minutes. When you arrive in an airport hotel at 2am, you don't want to wait 5 minutes but go to your room asap to sleep. After delaying me again and again the clerk told me they wanted to upgrade me. I told them I don't want an upgrade but to go to my room. At that point, 4 people were busy doing stuff behind the desk without telling me what. Seemed completely inefficient and not welcoming. They finally told me after repeatedly asking them and even having to raise my voice that the hotel was overbooked. So the upgrade was a lie to begin with. It consequently took them 30 minutes to arrange a car to drive me to an affiliated hotel that was promised to be closeby. The hotel turned out to be a 40 minute drive to East Delhi, and the quality was not 4-stars. I was not in bed before 4am. Overbooking is bad, not using the information at hand (arrival information) to prepare for the overbooking before I arrived is worse, telling lies about upgrades (which even turned out to be a downgrade) and the alternative hotel being nearby when it is a 40 minute drive is the worst. This hotel clearly does not understand the concept of offering an airport hotel for travellers arriving in the middle of the night, and I doubt they understand the concept of hospitality as a whole. I liked the Lemon Tree chain; this experience has ruined that reputation completely.

It's all about convenience.

location - great access to Airport Metro and beyond thus avoiding the taxi hustle/hassel
Great hotel for that first day/night of your arrival and not yet up to the challenges of Delhi -or- staging yourself for the flight out. Avoid taxis. Use the Aero City Metro stop. A 10 minute walk to/from the hotel.

location, location and location
The greeting was quite awkward as people hustling to check your luggage for security purposes and pat-downs. The hotel was very normal, nothing special. Check out was a bit difficult as staff seemed confused (about nothing in particular). Restaurant was ok but I always find it a little awkward for something to ask me to review the restaurant, add their name and stand there and watch me review them all while im eating...not the best customer service or most intelligent way to gather concrete feedback.

Not worthy to Stay at this Hotel

The only good thing is Location. That's it!!
Overated 4 stars hotel. I would say its a 2 star maximum. You have better choice for other hotels..

Location wise good

Location, staff
Hotel is well located, close to airport but insulated from any noise. Food service was quite good too. You had to pay extra for wifi after 3 hours which wasn't that great.

It was a total mess.
It was very unprofessional. First the manager could not find my booking, duty changed and next manager came and found it. I checked out next the morning, unfortunately I missed my flight. I came back to the hotel at about 9 am and requested if I could get my room back till 12 o clock as it was paid but they refused to let me in. The manager said all rooms are booked, I had to check Into another hotel for couple of hours before taking next flight. The staff is rude and manners less. There is no way I would stay here again. The network of the hotel is very poor , no phone calls can be dialled or received.
