Nice Hotel

The rooms were lovely

If it wasn't for how nice the room was I would have been very disappointed with my stay at the Frangipani. The staff were polite but they did not speak good English, so communicating with them was a hassle. I enjoyed their breakfast concept, they give you a paper that has all the breakfast options on it and you tick whatever you would like to have.

Cozy and lovely hotel with good staffs

good location, good staff, good service

Even though the room is small a little bit in spite of its cost, the big bathroom with a bathtub is great relax after the long walk of sight seeing. Breakfast is very good, with fruits and croissant. Coffee is also very good. It's difficult to find the entrance of the hotel. Because the hotel's address's house number is not correct. Usually the side on this hotel should have the even number, like #42 or #44, but it is #43. And there is actually #43 house, which is a gallery, the opposite side of the St.178, near the riverside. In addition, There is Frangipani Royal Palace Hotel, which is white, newly opened and much gorgeous hotel, on the odd number side of the St. 178. Here is the tip. Please say Tuk Tuk driver to take you to the Frangipani Fine Atts, NOT ROYAL PALACE, and house number is #42 instead of 43. Again the entrance is very small on the narrow road and you may overlook it easily.
Restaurant Tip: Beiruit on the riverside is the must you go. India on the riverside is also good.

"Service with a smile" but "small room" this time.

Serves a good breakfast

We have stayed here a number of time and they are great. I was sick on one visit and they were so accommodating.
Travel tip: If you drive a car the parking is a way from the hotel.

cozy hotel and warm staff

boutique ambiance and the cambodian inspired furnitures
9.3
hotel was not visibly positioned like how you would expect in all hotels but it was a welcome surprise when we entered through the small alley and felt it was like an oasis in the middle of a city. Very calming and nice view. Staff were very nice and helpful too. The room was nice and we liked the rustic design feel. The bathroom was ok though the drain can be further improved I guess, as water is not draining fast enough. The location was also great as it is a short walking distance to the river and the Royal Palace. I suggest though to have the hotel car pick you up at the airport as most drivers (tuk tuk) might have difficulty finding the hotel.
Restaurant Tip: A visit to Romdeng restaurant should definitely be part of your itinerary in Pnhom Penh. It's just walking distance from the hotel. They serve great cambodian cuisine and it feels great to know that while you enjoy your meal, you are also supporting a great cause for helping street children get a better future. Don't forget to check out the gallery upstairs where they sell interesting stuff, like paintings and cambodian cookbooks!

Small, stylish hotel in excellent location

Large attractive room, easy walking distance of the Mekong riverfront.

this is one time when the glowing reviews are actually true. small, stylish hotel, within walking distance of just about everything. very friendly staff, excellent breakfast(from a menu, not the big buffet steam buckets), and good wireless in the room. my room had some minor mosquito problems, as well as an odd smell from sewer backwash, but the staff was attentive to taking care of both. i had a small balcony, but would have enjoyed it more on an upper floor. (there is no elevator, so don't ask for this unless you don't mind walking up stairs.) choose the croissants for breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: This is probably the only capital city I've visited in Asia where you can easily go for a morning jog. Head 5 blocks right to the river, and the nicely done quay. Lots of people out exercising.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

staff and location
7.7
looks amazing, staff very attentive rooms good size and comfortable, quite. Breakfast fair not great, but there was a strange smell in both rooms that we stayed in, and not the mozzie candle, learned to live with it but would and have stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: balcony room well worth the little extra

one of best hotels in PP Cambodia

close to river side, with many pubs and resturarant

Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel is the hotel i always stay when I travel to PP, I have written few reports on this hotel in Agoda, with their reasonable rate, and excellent service, there is nothing to compliant, except, it is not easy to find the hotel , becasue there is no "front entry" of the hotel, so you have to look very carefully to find the hotel , very easy to miss or right pass by it. Staffs are very friendly, rooms are big and clean, there are always TUK TUK waiting outside the hotel if you want to travel somewhere .........
