Simple n basic accommodation. Environment nice.

Cheap, big room n good location.
Aver all okay, service a bit slow. Furniture in the apartment are old n worn out. But beds are comfortable. Extra bed order is just sponge mattress with no bed frame which is disappointing.

utter rubbish. worst experience ever.

not a thing.
two apartments booked n paid for were in a sorry state. dirty floors, carpet were not cleaned, smelly sofas n unclean bed sheets. the kitchen sink was leaking, the fan was slow n the balcony is so dirty. what a shame. the staffs working there are rude n incompetent. will never ever recommend this place to an enemy.

5 star view with 3 star accomodation, the management of the resort should already aware that their accomodation is so old school..the furnitures and curtain is so 90's..they should change it!please....if not i believe..the resort will always get this kinda review.

A pleasant, affordable quick getaway

Location, view, space (room)
It was a lovely getaway with my husband from our busy everyday lives. The view from the room was to die for! Beautiful and serene. Despite having some setbacks such as the not-so-user-friendly reception (there's no front office for visitors. The reception was in one of the units which was quite hard to find) and poorly maintained bathroom, we had a really good time. Will consider it again for family vacation as the rooms are pretty affordable.

Just ok. Not too bad, not too good either.

spacious, good location, good view
It is actually just plain apartments. Your experience varies depending on which floor and apartment block you get. I have been here few times so I knew what to expect. Same old stained walls due to high humidity, sometimes smelly sofa, sometimes hot shower which is slightly hot (still quite cold). The main difference is the view. We got a unit at Block A2, 3rd floor. The ground level for this block of apartment is one of the highest in the "resort", so we had a good view of the mountains far away and a view of genting highland in the night. Unfortunately, one unit in our apartment building was doing some renovation works in the day starting at about 8am and it disturbed those who want to wake up late on a holiday. Take note that all the apartment units do not belong to the resort. Some have individual owners for private use. So, renovation works may happen from time to time. The knocking and drilling was so bad we had to request for a change of unit. This time we got a unit at B1, just two levels above the management office. This unit, to our pleasant surprise, was newly painted, and the sofa didn't smell that bad. The balcony was massive and was good for a family gathering. Unfortunately (AGAIN!) there was another unit on this block doing some renovation works but we didn't bother this time around because we planned to just go out. Also, we didn't want to let go of this decent-looking-newly-painted unit, because in ALL our previous trips here, all units we stayed were badly stained with water mark and smelled quite bad. Overall this place is good for just relaxing. Nothing much to do here. Just enjoy the cool air, and the view (if you have one).
