Bad upgrading, good breakfast
The breakfast buffet was very good, as it had a big variety of international foods. Easy if you are a vegetarian, don't eat gluten, milk etc.

Poor start as it took nearly 30 mins for bag to get to room. Good location 10 mins from time square and there are some good restaurants and Karaoke over the road

great location, clean room, fast wifi
overall is not bad, just that staff working is very slow - apply wifi staff ask us to go down and get the voucher, but we insist them to take for us to our room. after 1 hour, only the staff show up.

Price, location and staff performance
Felt bad because the room smelly, I think someone smoke in the room or other room before, made the whole environment smell so bad. Because that is center air-con room, if someone smoke in the room, it could be effect to the other room too. Have to serious restrict those guest can't smoke in the room!! Highly suggest hotel management have to deal this matter, otherwise no guest would like to stay in Furama hotel anymore, like me, I will not come back again. Furama have to choose the guest levels. And a lot of place's the wall paper peel off, then management seem didn't do any repair. Except for this two thing, other is fine, if can resolve these thing, it would be a good actual 4 star hotel, the situation now is only 3 star's hotel environment and management.

Ok, but just ok
Spacious room
It was overall ok. The rooms are huge and the bathroom is nice and clean but that's already the best part. Everything feom staff performance to facilities and location was ok but not great, never anywhere close to outstanding. A little renovation and staff that's more willing to help ('we can't call a taxi because we don't have the phone number') would be helpful.
