A nice hotel in bukit bintang area
Big room, clean, value for money
Nice stay, clean and big room with living room, located near monorail and Berjaya Times Square (in walking distance but through very small lane and not too safe to walk alone at night). Hard to find a bus to KL Sentral.

Place to Sleep
Gym, swimming pool
Room interior is a bit wear off, few water stains on the wall can be seen,wallpaper tear off and construction side window view . The bed is comfortable.Plus point is have Gym and swimming pool. Location is a bit for from main Bukit Bintang street.Overall nothing special just a place to overnight.

value for money, courteous receptions and helpful staffs, pleasant lobby.
pleasantly good, quiet and spacious adjoining room and easy access to eateries. So near yet so far for location, going is good buy coming back will be hassle for heavy shoppers. :-)

Great location near the heart of Bukit Bintang
Location. comfort and staff performance
We were absolutely delighted with our upgrade to a suite. The rooms were spacious and stylish. After our stay in KL we were heading back to stay where there are only cold showers so we were disappointed when we could only get a lukewarm shower. The staff endeavored to fix this. The solution was to let the water run for 20 minutes or more to let it warm up. It seemed wasteful but at least it worked.

good location
location ,big room,quite at night
the hotel location is good.but the toilet is dirty and old they did not maintain the room.close to bukit bintang area nightlife clubbing but this area is heavy traffic i suggest u to walk rather then take taxis it will cost u a bomb because of the traffic.they upgrade me to suite very nice of the hotel.but i will choose other hotel next time.

Great stay!
The spacious room, swimming pool and also that breakfast!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Furama. We also had a small surprise birthday celebration, and the staffs are so kind and helpful to our needs. Furama Bukit Bintang Hotel is a great place to stay, but it's quite a walking distance from Berjaya Times Square. We evn took taxi from the hotel back to the bus station on the last day. Do check out the new Nasi Kandar shop nearby the hotel. We didn't know it's existence, so we went all the way to jalan ampang to eat nasi kandar. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you, Furama!

Service, Room Size
Throughout my 2-nights stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Requested for spoons, it was brought up in less than 5mins, requested for a slightly later checkout, was granted with no questions asked. The hotel is generally clean. Room is quite spacious, and has good views. Had the buffet breakfast, while the variety is quite good and representative of Malaysia's cuisine, the taste is quite bland. Except for the cooked-on-the-spot omelette, all the food was cold or lukewarm. Location wise, it's abit far walking to Bukit Bintang area (lot10/Pavilion), although just a less than 10mins walk to Times Square

Satisfied but No
-staffs were not polite during check in -bfast was bad. Not much choices, naan bread was hard and shld be place in warmer iso leaving it just like that F&b manager on duty 11/01 was just standing there not even a word out frm his mouth. Not asissting the staffs when the place is overcrowded. He doesn't even walk ard to greet Guests. -slow top up of drinks And food -shld have more varieties.
