I would not recommend this, staff service is bad

I think the customer service is really bad.I have booked 2 rooms,one of the room's keycard doesn't work,I request counter to reset it,who knows end up my second room's was reset too.the staff doesn't understand our instructions end up we met the staff couple of time during midnight to reset our card, horrible night. The lift need to wait at least 15 minutes, we late for banquet, so we take the staff lift. We complaint to the customer service, they requested us to fill the feedback form, but the funny thing is they even didn't provide a complimentary pen in your room, funny! The nNo toothpaste, we bought at nearby shop and saw a Malay girl snatched by a motorbike rider, terrible for me.lastly the carpark, they promise to give 2 complimentary carparks, however, my car stuck because the carpark coupon couldn't pass through,causing traffic jam there.no choice I gotta pay for it. After that I talked to customer service, they claimed this is some ttechnical issue, carpark is not own by them, I have to deal with the carpark contractor if I wish to claim my money back. Speechless. Last day we complaint to an indian manager, and I m thinking I just wasting my time because nothing he can do for us . This really make me shame in front of my foreigner friends,don't expect too much if you think this is a 4 or 5(I don't know) stars hotel.

good budget hotel with reasonable rate

nice fitness room & pool and fast wired internet

for interest promotion, it claimed to be free wifi. but actually, it charges the usage on a daily basis. fortunately enough, free wired internet service can be provided.

Hotel close to time square, near shopping mall and night market. Good price and helpful staff. But wifi is charge in the hotel A not bad hotel which we have a great holiday stay in KL

They said the superior rooms ran out of king size beds hence I would haveto pay rm 190 for an suite upgrade if I wanted a kingsize bed - or wait till seven pm for a customer to vacate !!

Hotel staff should pay more attention to details

My biggest issue with the hotel is that they provided us with a faulty baby cot. I was tidying up the oversized mattress in the cot when the base of the cot fell. Fortunately, my baby was not in it. Although the hotel staff did offer their apologies, I feel that this was a serious oversight on the hotel's part. Other than this, everything was fine and satisfactory.

Poor co-ordination within hotel staffs and poor service standard. Hotel was having high occupancy during my stay but this is the hotel problem not the guests problem. I paid for the hotel at a 4 star rate and expect to receive the minimum standard services. I had 2 separate booking which I had informed the front desk during check in but was ignored and standard check in time was 2pm and I was told room not ready even at 4pm! If hotel insist on check out by 12 noon and additional charges will be levied if late checkout so if guest were check in late due to hotel issue then will the hotel compensate the guest for the hours difference and inconvenience caused by the hotel? Can hotel housekeeping throw away the guest items in the fridge without seeking permission fro the guest? My stuff was being threw away by the hotel housekeeping during my 2nd day stay! Hope the hotel review my above comments and improve on your service if you want to have your guest coming back but well ignore if your hotel is only seeking for a 1 time business!

Enjoyed with my families and young childrens, near to shopping centre just a walking distance. Good breakfast with a local dishes like staying at own country.staff is polite and curteous fast responding when need something in the hotel room and we are enjoyeing staying in this nice hotel.
