4 star hotel with 5 star stay
Comfort, price
Behind berjaya times square. But the hotel is situated along the expressway and there is no direct paths to it. You have to cut through a small lane behind one of the bars and then walk behind shophouses to get there. Can be pretty dangerous is you are walking alone at night...

Satisfied stay
Though the hotel was further to the mrt station than expected, our stay was overall satisfied as the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Need to be better
I stayed in the hotel for 11 days. From the beginning of the stayed, we are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The bed cover had stains for several time. The water bottles that the hotel gave stained by chocolate. Overall the hotel is quite nice, but need to be better to maintain the cleanliness . In addition, we could not use the pool because it was closed since it was dirty.

A beautiful starting place for our holiday.
Customer service, spacious room, nasi lemak
Before coming to this hotel, i'd had a few bad experiences with the local taxi drivers. Arriving at this hotel was a great relief, especially when I received one of the best customer service from the hotel's assistant front office manager, Cecilia Yang. She was very courteous, well-mannered, joyful, welcoming, and efficient. What she has is not something that can be trained. It comes naturally from somebody who enjoys and loves what s/he does. You can definitely see that in the way she handles the check in even though your encounter with her is brief. And you can almost immediately put your trust in her job and say to yourself that your stay here will never go wrong. Indeed, my stay had been great! Thanks to the first great impression she gave the moment I stepped in front of her at the service desk. Hotels need somebody like her. Period. If you value customer service just as i do, you will appreciate their customer service, especially Cecilia's. And oh, did i mention their nasi lemak is to die for!!
