Check-In was a little late that we had to leave our luggages while going around the mall, got back after lunch and room was still not ready. However, upon check in we were excited and satisfied to see the standard of the room. Clean, comforting & highly maintained. Love the bathroom most, definitely value for money from Agoda!

The stay was good just a bit disappointed when I saw the staff trying to argue with another customer. It just a very simple issue with very simple solution but the staff tried to answer the customer loudly when the customer increase his volume. It was happened in the hotel lobby and though it was late but still some customers there. These really give very negative impact to the hotel image.
