Second time staying here.
Restaurant wait staff, food quality, location overlooking the beach.
This was our second time staying at this place previously known as O-Ce-N. We stayed in room 117 this trip and noticed that the shower floods the bathroom floor. We were disappointed that the drinking glasses in our room were not clean when we arrived and stayed dirty despite our attempt to make them look used. WiFi was available throughout the resort and although it was a little slow it allowed for our needs this trip. Breakfast was the usual buffet. Bacon was burnt extra crispy, wait staff needed to summon the egg cook and the fruit was not peeled very well. We were disappointed that the children were allowed to run around screaming and that some guests chose to yell across balconies to speak to each other and although that is not the fault of the hotel we consider this hotel to be higher priced and expected that the staff could control the guests better for the enjoyment of all. We did not realise until much later after we had left that our chocolate was left in the fridge when we checked out and although the room was apparently checked for mini bar my chocolate was not given to me. As we did not immediately leave the resort when we checked out the staff had ample time to return my chocolate. We often frequent The Deck restaurant when in Bali as we like the food, sunset happy hours and the staff remember us and greet us warmly. We will return to the restaurant however for the accommodation the price would need to be much better for us to consider staying here again.

Design and location
The rooms are well equipped however the maintenance is not so good. The design is great but the quality of the materials shows it is not really high standard. The breakfast is the most weak part of the hotel, very few variety and poor quailty

Pro: - BEST location, right in front of Double Six Beach - Nice swimming pool! Cons: - Gym located outside hotel premises, have to walk 2-3 mins to Seaside Hotel - Room arrangement is inconvenient: large furnitures in small studio room - Bathroom / shower is positioned awkwardly, be careful when step inside as it may cause slipped - It's NOT in Seminyak, but still part of Legian
