Not a good idea for female solo traveler

only location
If you arrived early, no way you can find this place. it's on 15th floor and the door is locked if you arrive before noon. the building is not pleasant and small area. I would recommend to stay out of Tsim Sha Tsui and take metro to town is the better way.

Good stay for the money! very clean! nice staff.

clean, cheap, good view
I had a good stay at the Garden Guest House the location is a little sketchy too many vendors trying to sell you stuff in the first floor, but that might be just a Hong Kong thing! but it was mostly food so not so bad! I wouldn't recommend it to a lady by herself since everybody selling are all men and the staff are mostly all men! it could be a little intimidating! They did a good job cleaning my room without touching my things in there! it was not too bad for the price I paid and the other hotels are very pricy for the same area! and you are about 10 minutes from the board walk were you can see the Hong Kong light show from and the museums!

Nothing Good about the hotel with pathetic service
A Bad hotel intact compared to many other guest houses in the same building. The staff performance is a kind of I never seen across the world in any hotels. I was supposed to get a room at 12 Pm check-in time, but I was allotted a room at 2.30 PM wasting more than 2 hrs of my precious time. The hotel staff doesn't care about the guests convenience. Lift waiting time is more than 20-30 mins in peak hours. Drinking water said to be available for free to the guests but is never replaced when it runs out of the supply. The tissue paper in the toilet room is only given once. No extra toiletries provided compared to similar hotels in the same locality who does. The owner is an old Lady who does not listen to any requests and the house Keeping staff are unfriendly. I would never return back to this hotel even if they offer free rooms. Good Luck.

Horrible experience from the hotel.
It was not as it look like in the picture. The place was horrible
Kelly L. Couples Malaysia, June 11, 2014
Good location, nice staff

Location, service
The lift at block C is not so crowded. Its a bit further but less people compare to block A and B always have long queue. First two days we hardly find food around, but after exploring around, there's lots of cafe shop and shopping mall around. The room is quite small, even the toilet is very small. But i think its quite normal to have this room for this price. Plain water in HK is quite expensive. There's a small pantry that allow us to wash spoon and fork, small refill station, with washing machine and a refrigerator. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the service provided, we borrowed hangers to hang those wet clothes and rent a hair dryer. Its quite safe to live in.
