Good stay, friendly service
Large size of the rooms
On arrival, people were co-operative and friendly at the front desk. The room was nice, clean, and quite large. We were lucky to have a pool view room that was a great view. Our booking was half board the taste of the food was not so great. Overall, we were happy with our say there.

Far, far away and back in a... Cab?
The hotel is nice, the rooms are perfectly clean and they have a pool if you want one.
The pool is incredibly cold. The hotel was way too far away for me who went to Naama Bay every day... And breakfast was served way to late. I needed to leave much earlier.
I went to Sharm for diving (like a lot of other people I guess) and therefore wanted a cheap hotel to live in, a positive thing about this hotel I guess. But, my hotel (Sinai Divers) was situated in Naama Bay which was quite a distance away. Therefore I think that if I would go to Sharm again I would choose a hotel closer to the Dive center

Decent hotel with bad reputation
A bargain considering the price!!!
Bad service
Located at bit of the beach, this hotel compensates this with low prices. I payed for a week and got a room with aircon, cable TV, fridge. Thats a bargain! It was fairly clean, but could have been cleaner....

Attitude, service, cleanliness, quiteness
It was the worst hotel I ever went to, staff attitude and performance was the worst, they treat you as if they don't want you to come back
