Toilets are awfully filthy. Cleaned once in many days . The front desk people are busy in chewing gums . The breakfast is better to be avoided.

ThIs hostel is cheap but if you want ANYTHING extra (luggage storage, towel, breakfast) you have to pay. Location wasn't very central however very close to the train and tram. It was very clean including the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. The problem with this hostel is that you are literally just a number here. There is no vibe at all and no one drinking at the bar or socializing. The showers are almost unusable in the men's room. Not a party hostel and not a place to meet others.. There is also no air conditioning and you will wake up with the sun because it feels like a sauna. I wouldn't reccomend.

Decent with a couple of minor complaints
Very clean and had no problem with noise really. People hanging outside front door at all hours made a bit of noise, but not that bad with windows closed. Didn't need earplugs. Housekeeping was irritating, would knock every morning and on two occasions just entered the room after we said wait, and we were in various stages of undress. Talked to the front desk to ask for them not to service our room but this wasnt possible, just advised to say "no" loudly to make sure they can hear it. This seemed to work but was annoying! invest in some "do not disturb signs"!

Massive hostel, treat you like a kid
Since it's a huge hostel, it works more like a school-trips hotel. It's full of 15 year-olds, messing around with elevators, beds are noisy, rooms don't even have a small light. WiFi is the worst I've ever had in a hostel. Bathrooms are very unconfortable. It has no kitchen (they say "there's a kitchen where we sell food!!! :O), and the worst part is that staff treat you like a school student as well.
