Overall was good but very noisy when people open and close the door especially in the morning and midnight. I though smoking is not allowed but i still can smell the cigarette's smell. The worst part is I can smell it in my room. Please follow up with the problems stated. Thanks

Hotel location was awesome at the middle of city.Easy to access to all popular area.Only the hotel room need to improve.It looks like a haunted hotel to stay.

Bad Customer Service
Booking done with agoda with different room, got different room while checked in. Staff insist saying that was agoda's mistake with their hotel, customer have to deal by ownself with agoda to confirm, get confirmation with agoda nothing wrong with the booking, not friendly staff at the receiption area. Annoyying. Saying that will look out later either have empty room as requested, but customer need to follow up by myself. No follow up or apology from the staff regarding the problem.

Ok lor...
Shower head is spoiled but can't blame the receiption cause they don't even know about it. I think the hygiene of the bed is a problem because after staying for a night my whole body got so itchy. Overall is a good stay for just a night or 2 if no fussy...anyway

Service is very bad
air cornditional is very hot, water heater tap is broken, room is very dirty... when complain with front office all is hiding, from deluxe queen change to single bed... the staff said will change second night to us by tomolo to deluxe queen but till noon still not told us...when asked the front desk just made it like dun know...after that change us to another deluxe queen also dirty room and air cornditional not function well...
