Lovely hotel with great smile n service
Hot spring and service are great
loved the hotel. nice small japanese style garden. and the hot spring is clean and spacious. provide many selection on all hotel bath accessories, and skin care products. top of all, great customer service! the hotel manager gave us a ride to a restaurant for lunch, n recommended many different restaurants. great japanese style breakfast, but the price didn't include dinner. a lovely hotel! the only thing that is not so great is they do not provide extra bath or face towels. you need to use the same towels during your stay, both hot spring n shower in your room. if it is a short stay, then it's fine. will definitely come back again!

Onsen resort
The facade and lobby of this hotel looks so old and not impressive at all. However, the Japanese style room is very nice, the outdoor foot spa, onsen & public bath is recommended. Japanese garden is lovely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
