Not a hotel

I wasn't aware it wasn't a hotel as they put themselves as a hotel so I arrived with my four bags after a 25 hours flight to find out that no one could help me with my bags and that I couldn't even leave my bags with the concierge. Check in time is at 4pm only. Lucky the cleaning lady let me store my luggage but I still had to wait an hour. The security guard was very nice and let me use his phone to call the management. The lady I talked to wasn't very nice. The apartment I got was a bit old. Lights in the two bedrooms didn't work, the towels were not super clean, the shower was odd and would need fixing. But things still work. It's a good place for a family, not too expensive in a good location, very close to public transport.

Horrible stay

Horrible stay and experience here. Blanket, bed sheets stain. Floor, bath room, everywhere was dirty. Missing curtain blinds and can't be fixed during our 4 day stay, we have to sleep with the light shine into the room. Bad attitude when we talked to the owner/management. It totally spoiled our holiday mode. Never come back again!
